At Be In Good Health, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or booking, please review the following refund terms.
1. Service Bookings (Appointments/Sessions)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If a session is canceled by us, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Online Programs, etc.)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- If you experience an issue accessing your product, please contact us for assistance.
3. Physical Products
- Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email mailto:admin-bigh@beingoodhealth.co.za with your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
